Tool Usage & Data Privacy

Local-First Execution

DevFluxa provides browser-based developer utility tools. All code formatting, encoding, parsing, data generation, and validations run 100% locally within your client browser. We do not transmit your input scripts or text blocks to external servers, protecting your private files and keys.

No Data Storage

Since computation runs client-side, we do not store, catalog, or capture the data inputs or files you inspect or process. You are entirely responsible for backing up your outputs.

Permitted Use & Prohibited Acts

Authorized Personal/Commercial Use

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use DevFluxa for standard development, testing, and debugging. Commercial usage of our tool outputs is fully permitted.

System Integrity Protection

You agree not to bypass domain security structures, launch automated scrapers or DDOS attacks, inject malware, or replicate our frontend code assets to construct competing search directories.

Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Provided "As-Is"

DevFluxa is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that tools will run error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate for critical database operations.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DevFluxa, its owners, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of code, data, profits, or system crashes) resulting from the use or inability to use our tools.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership of Site Assets

The branding, styles, templates, layouts, component structures, dynamic routers, and graphics belong exclusively to DevFluxa and are protected by copyright laws.

Ownership of Outputs

DevFluxa claims zero ownership rights over the code outputs, JSON translations, TypeScript interfaces, generated passwords, or mock profiles produced by using our tools. They are completely yours.
